What You’ll Need to Submit
NOVA will provide templates and walk you through each of these components:
- Evidence Portfolio – Proof aligned to the 7 Evaluation Themes
- Metrics Reporting Framework – Quantified indicators of performance
- Reflexivity Log – Reflection on assumptions, biases, and future risks (required for Tiers 3 & 4)
- Stakeholder Validation – Feedback from people impacted by your work (required for Tiers 3 & 4)

- Reflexivity & Anticipatory Governance – Do you reflect on risks and adapt for the future?
- Transparency – Are your processes open, honest, and visible?
